Terms and Conditions

I authorize Floris Car Wash to charge my credit card the full amount on the selected interval basis, a minimum of ONE (1) month. I understand that this automatic charge will remain in effect until I cancel my Floris Wash Club plan.

Floris Car Wash must have SEVEN (7) days’ notice of cancellation before the next billing cycle. No refunds for mid-interval cancellations. I understand that Floris Car Wash may cancel this plan at any time if the credit card is declined or is invalid. Floris Car Wash has the right to change the billing rate with 30 days’ notice.

Floris Car Wash Club is for non-commercial use only. The plan cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, wash tickets, or gift cards.

All promotional offers require a minimum commitment period. By enrolling in any promotional or trial offer, the customer agrees to complete the full promotional term, which includes the initial promotional period plus one (1) additional billing cycle at the regular membership rate.

Cancellation is not permitted until the full promotional commitment has been fulfilled. Customers must complete the promotional period and will be billed for the first full month at the regular rate before becoming eligible to cancel.

Any cancellation requested during the promotional period will not take effect until the required commitment term has been completed.

No upgrades or downgrades are allowed during the promotional period.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel this program and specific memberships at any time. Tampering with License Plates(s) could result in cancellation of wash plan. Please check that you agree with the terms above.
